City Council sets public hearing

    The Levelland City council will be holding a public hearing Monday, January 23, 2023, to discuss multiple zoning adjustments.

    The public hearing will include a public hearing regarding a zoning change from SF-2 to B-2 at 211 Clubview Drive.

    A legal description will also be discussed for C M Elder II, Levelland, block 13, lot six.

    Additionally, the renaming and rezoning of certain SF-1 zones to SF1-CA will be discussed.

    All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing to speak and present evidence for or agains the proposed zoning amendments regulating carports.

    All written comments must be received by 5 p.m. on January 23.
