As of Wednesday, January 18, citizens are able to turn in applications to reserve a spot on the ballot for the upcoming general election in May.
This year, City Council positions for District B and D are up for election.
Applications must be turned into the City Secretary by 5 p.m. on February 17th, to be eligible.
As of January 18, only Michael Stueart, Councilman from District D has filed for re-election.
