The city of Levelland reported $1.6 million in building permits during the month of January.
In January, the city awarded a total of 12 permits.
There was one permit issues for single family dwellings, one permit issued for a mobile home, one permit issued for a business and nine other permits issued.
There was one water connection permit issued.
The building permits issued in January are as follows: A residential roofing permit was issued to Hartman Roofing at 409 8th Street for $6,500.
A residential building permit was issued to Mike Flint Construction at 2035 Harvard Drive for $280,000.
A commercial building permit was issued to Brown Dale and Regina at 411 1st Street for $10,000.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Quick Roofing, LLC., at 114 Indiana for $14,946.
A curb cut permit was issued to Christopher Ward at 101 Darrell for $15.00.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Cantex Roofing and Construction at 612 Poplar for $13,000.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Waymaker Roofing at 128 Flint Avenue for $9,787.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Forster Construction at 321 Rayburn Street for $19,200.
A mobile home permit was issued to Roys Mobile Home Service at 1802 Houston Street for $2,000.
A residential building remodel was issued to Tommy’s Construction at 410 Jackson East for $7,300.
A curb cut permit was issued to Antonio Bujanda at 132 Railroad Avenue for $15.00.
A commercial building permit was issued to Henthorn Commercial Construction at 823 Houston Street for $1,275,000.
