Levelland Economic Development Corporation board of directors will hold a regular meeting Thursday at 12:00 p.m. at Levelland City Hall.
Items on the agenda include: -Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held in February.
-Consider and take necessary action on February monthly financials.
-Consider and take necessary action on reappointment of board of director Tushar Bhakta.
-Hear the directors report including a Rail Park update.
-Convene into an executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the LEDC from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to locate, stay or expand.
-Convene into an executive session in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §551.071 to seek the advice about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers or on matters in which duty of the attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 551 – Economic Development Performance Agreements.
