LEDC board plans Thursday meeting

    The City of Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting Monday, April 3 at 6 p.m. at City Hall.

    The council will begin the meeting by approving the minutes of the March 20, regular meeting and the March 30, special meeting.

    The group will revisit and take possible action to approve Ordinance 1071 regulating mobile food service vendors, also referred to the food truck ordinance. If approved and read, it will be considered the first reading.

    Additionally, the group will consider the approval of Ordinance 1072, which deals with the permit fees charged for mobile food units. If approved, it will be the second and final reading for the particular ordinance.

    A presentation from Freese & Nichols about the Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan will be given to council.
