Levelland ISD will hold a regular meeting of the board of trustees Monday at 6:00 p.m. in the administration building boardroom.
Items on the agenda include: - Presentations - Public Forum - Public hearing including federal and state funded program applications.
- Oath of Office - Election of Officers - Consent items including approval of minutes and approval of superintendent credit card charges.
- Consider the financial report - Consideration and approval of instructional material allotment and TEKS certifications.
- Approval of material adoption - Approval of depository contract.
- Approval of 2023-2024 food service contract amendment - Approval of technology purchase - Approval of audio video replacement purchase - Approval of vestibule security control purchase - Consideration and approval of activity bus purchase - Consideration and approval for vehicle purchases
- Designation of delegate and alternative delegate for TASA/TASB fall convention - Hear the middle school, high school, athletic department, student fundraising, three year safety and security, parent and family engagement survey, staff culture and climate survey, superintendent and the board reports.
- Hear the superintendent approved professional new hires and personnel information.
- Enter an executive session as authorized by the Texas Open Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 to deliberate and possibly take action of probationary and term contracts and non-chapter contracts. The executive meeting will also include the superintendent formative evaluation.
