The City of Levelland will hold a city council regular meeting Monday at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
Items on the agenda include: - Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes of the June 5 regular meeting.
- Consider and take necessary action on an encroachment agreement at 410 Holly with property owners or occupants Jose Nunez Jr., and Patricia J. Nunez.
- Consider and take necessary action on an encroachment at 419 Holly with property owners or occupants Glenn Ashton and Cody J. Montgomery.
- Consider and take necessary action regarding repairs or replacement of the cemetery well water.
- Consider and take necessary action on Resolution #2023-23 amending the 2022-2023 budget to allow ARPA funds to pay for the telecommunications consoles approved at last city council meeting held June 5.
- Consider and take necessary action regarding the third and final one-year extension options available on the city bank depository contract.
- Discuss setting a date to have a workshop for Parkhill Engineers on the progress of the Wastewater Treatment Plan Project.
- Convene into executive session in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §551.074 personnel matters to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee. (City Manager; Finance Director) - Reconvene into open session and consider and take necessary action on items related to the executive session including any necessary budget amendments.
