The Levelland Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will be holding a regular meeting, Thursday, July 20 at 12:30 p.m., which will be held at Levelland City Hall.
The board will take the necessary action to approve the minutes of the previous regular meeting held in June.
The monthly financials for June will be discussed with necessary action following. In addition to the financials, the group will discuss and take action concerning the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year, 2023-2024.
The LEDC Director will give his report in addition to a rail park update.
The group will convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate commercial or financial information received by the Levelland Economic Development Corporation from business prospects seeking to locate, stay or expand, in the Levelland area or to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that seeking to located, stay, or expand, in the Levelland area.
Following executive session, the group will take action pertaining to their discussion before adjourning.
