ADDED WARNING METHOD - Levelland and Hockley County Emergency Management Coordinator Cole Kirkland explained that with the addition of an updated outdoor warning system, it will be easier to operate and be efficient when warning the community of impending severe weather. In addition to adding the new system, the Levelland community will also have access to emergency notifications by signing up through their mobile devices. The sign-ups are also available for Hockley County communities to stay informed of severe weather across the area.
