The City of Sundown will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, August 8,at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The agenda items are as follows: - budget work session; - citizen appearances - library update, public work’s update, police update and fire update; - approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held July 11; - address action items; - discuss a proposed tax rate, Sabinal properties, technology adoption plan for the library; - review payables for the month of July; - city administrator report for council on current city projects; - Oil Patch Day; - safe built, building inspection fee’s; - cemetery, purchase and building update; - Texas Communities Group, dangerous building contract; and - water infrastructure grant update.
