  • HOUSTON STREET - Hockley County Texas Department of Transportation crews worked on seal coating Houston Street throughout the week. Crews began the project by working on West Avenue leading up to Highway 114 before following down Houston Street to College Avenue.   • SEAL COAT PROJECT - Crews with the Texas Department of Transportation have been working throughout the week seal coating multiple roadways in Levelland. After completing a portion of West Avenue that leads to Highway 114, crews focused their efforts at the intersection of West Avenue and Houston all the way to the intersection of College Avenue. Additionally, TxDOT crews completed a large section of Avenue H heading south toward the intersection of Avenue H and Clubview Drive. (Staff photo by Dom Puente)
