INCIDENTSUMMARY 9/3/2023 - 12 A.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies with the HCSO responded to the 1900 block of E. Highway 114 in reference to a reckless driver. Upon arrival, a roadside investigation was conducted and the suspect was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. The report was shows the individual was charged with having a Prohibited Substance, Item in Correctional, Civil Commitment Facility.
9/2/2023 - 5:06 A.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Dispatch advised deputies that a response was requested to a residence in the 6300 block of Maine Road in reference to an unresponsive subject. Deputies along with medical staff responded to the reported location.
9/1/2023 - 11:22 A.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Dispatch with the Levelland Police Department advised HCSO deputies to the 800 block of N. Highway 385 in reference to a deceased person.
8/29/2023 - 3:38 A.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies with the HCSO were dispatched to the 3800 block of N. Highway 385 in reference to a disturbance. Following a field investigation, it was discovered a criminal offense of Terroristic Threat of a Family Member. Household had occured.
8/28/2023 - 10:45 A.M. - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies with the HCSO were requested to a residence in the 1400 block of Monaco Road in reference to identity theft. Following contact with the victim, a report for identity theft was taken and filed.
8/28/2023 - 2:06 A.M. - SMYER
A deputy with the HCSO was dispatched to the 200 block of Cleveland in Smyer in reference to a theft. A report for Theft of Property between $750 and $2,500 was taken.

Emilio Joel Vidales, 31, of Levelland was arrested September 3, for Morals and Decency, Class C.
Aragonez Omero Perez, 36, of Aztec, NM, was arrested September 3, for Driving While Intoxicated, Open Container.
Jordan Josiah Valdez, 20, of Levelland was arrested September 3, for Driving While License Invalid With Previous Conviction.
Reyna Davis, 34, of Levelland was arrested September 2, for Possession of Marijuana, less than two ounces.
Christopher Valderas, 36, of Levelland was arrested September 2, for Possession of Marijuana, less than two ounces.
Misty Dawn Searsy, 47, of Levelland was arrested August 31, for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.
Michael Shawn Roberts, of Levelland was arrested August 31, for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse.
Dalia Marie Martinez, 43, of Levelland was arrested August 30, for Theft of Property, less than $2,500.
