STRUCTURE FIRE - The Levelland Fire Department responded to a structure fire Thursday morning in the 600 block of 9th Street. According to the fire report, dispatch advised the LFD of a storage shed fire. Upon arrival, fire crews found the shed to be next to the residence which resulted in the fire spreading to the home. After the fire was extinguished, it was determined that one end of the home had been damaged by the fire and the smoke had damaged the rest of the home. One individual and two pets within the home were able to escape without injury.
