A deputy conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 84 for observed violations. The driver was later arrested for DWI and Evading Arrest, Detention in a Vehicle.

The HCSO took a report of criminal mischief to property on an Oxy lease located on Sagebrush Road.

Deputies responded to S. U.S. Highway 385 in reference to a reckless driver. Upon locating the vehicle, a roadside investigation for Driving While Intoxicated was done. The suspect was arrested and charged for Driving While Intoxicated.

Dispatch advised deputies of a disturbance that occurred in the
1700 block of FM 2646. A report for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member was made.
11/20/2023 - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies responded to the 3200 block of Indianapolis Road in reference to a theft that had already occurred.
11/20/2023 - ROPESVILLE
Dispatch advised deputy response was being requested to a residence in the 200 block of S. Plains, in Ropesville. Dispatch advised the caller reported a burglary of habitation that had already occurred. The victim reported that several items kept in the home were stolen by the suspect party.

– ANTON Deputies with the HCSO responded to Anton ISD in reference to a forgery. A report for Forgery Financial Instrument was made.
11/10/2023 – HOCKLEY COUNTY
Dispatch advised deputies with the HCSO of a complainant needing to speak with someone in reference to their vehicle being stolen. Dispatch advised the individual was working in a field near the intersection of FM 41 and Kiwi Road within the county when the vehicle was stolen from the area. The caller advised that they did not authorize anyone to take, poses or utilize the vehicle. When asked about the ownership of the vehicle, the caller advised the girlfriend was the owner.
