The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding a regular meeting Thursday, beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the Board of Regents Room located at the Administration Building.

Vice President for Student Affairs, Stan DeMerritt will provide a Spring 2024 Census Day Enrollment update, a Spring 2024 Housing Occupancy update, Intro. to Review of Policy FH – Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and No Discrimination, 2024-2025 Board Rates and Senior Sneak Preview Day.
Vice President for Business Affairs, Teresa Green will call and order Election/Positions five, six and seven, provide a Tax Office Report and Financial Report and discuss the Resolution of Investment Policy.
The President’s Report will be provided by Robin Satterwhite and will give the board a construction update, approve bids for the Women’s Complex Flooring Project, consider Insurance Renewal Process, Scholarship Gala update, approve auction naming right – Drive North of Administration Building, consider moving the March meeting date to March 21 and the Region V Basketball Tournament – March 13-16.
