The Sundown City Council will be holding their monthly meeting March 12, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at city hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Updates from public works, library, police and fire; Approval of minutes of the regular meeting held February 13; Consider and take action on an order regarding Substandard structure and public nuisance at 201 E 1' Street, Sundown, Tx 79372, that is owned by Billy Ray Reyes; Cancel General Election-Mayor and 2-Councilmembers; Consider & Take Action McGlasson Animal Permit, Option for Quick Walk through Property ; Library policies; Review & Approve Sabinal Property-Special Warranty Deed; and Review payables for the month of February; and Administrators report which includes: seal coat schedule, Sabinal Property Trees and presentation of annual audit at next council meeting.
