The Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting March 18, beginning at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows:
Consider and take necessary action to approve the minutes of the March 4 regular meeting;
Staff update on the progress of the investigation into the Red Flour Beetles in the Kaufman Addition;
Consider and take necessary action to award a bid for a public works vehicle;
Consider and take necessary action to award a bid for an Animal Control Truck Transport Compartment;
Consider and take necessary action to approve Resolution 2024-06 authorizing the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program application for the Main Street Revitalization Program Fund;
Consider and take necessary action on Resolution 2024-07 designating areas of downtown as Slum & Blighted and creating opportunities for downtown revitalization, including sidewalk improvements;
Consider and take necessary action to approve the 2023 Annual Police Racial Profiling Report;
Consider and take necessary action to approve the 2023 Annual Police Activity Reports; and City Manager Report: Staff Updates, Project Updates, Staff/ Citizen recognition, Items of Community Interest. No action will be taken.
