5/5/2024-HOCKLEYCOUNTY
Deputies with the Hockley County Sheriff’s Office stopped at the
1700 block of Pheasant Road in regards to an abandoned utility trailer.
5/4/2024 - SMYER
Deputies were dispatched to the 800 block of 4th Street in Smyer in reference to under age drinking. The party was broke up and one subject was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance.
5/3/2024 - SUNDOWN
Deputies with the HCSO were advised by dispatch to be enroute to the 700 block of Slaughter Avenue in regards to a welfare check.
5/3/2024 - LEVELLAND
A deputy made a traffic stop on a pedestrian walking in the middle of 8th Street. An arrest was made as a result for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
5/2/2024-HOCKLEYCOUNTY
Deputies were dispatched to the Levelland Emergency Room in
reference to a dog bite that occurred in Hockley County.
5/1/2024 - LEVELLAND
A deputy was patrolling the area of 5th Street and West Avenue when a traffic stop was conducted of a bicycle. An arrest was made for Evading Arrest or Detention.
5/1/2024 - ROPESVILLE
Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance involving weapons at the 300 block of Ranch Road in Ropesville. An arrest was made for Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
5/1/2024-HOCKLEYCOUNTY
Dispatch advised deputy response was being requested to an address in the 3200 block of W. Highway 114. Dispatch advised the caller needed to turn over found property. Deputies with the HCSO made contact with the complainant as she reported and handed over several items of found property. A report was generated.
