The Sundown City Council will be holding their monthly regular meeting May 21, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Agenda items are as follows: - Citizen appearances; - City department updates; and
- Approval of minutes of the April 9 regular meeting; Action items are as follows; - Parade notification forms; - Wild Exotic Permit; - Appoint municipal clerk, judge; - Hours of operation, city hall
and public works; - Collins Street, deed restrictions for lots 52-58; - Library policies and rental agreement form; - Executive session; and - Reconvene to open session. Remaining agenda items include: - Review payables for April 2024; and
- Provide City Administrators Report which includes: swearing in mayor and council members (in office), pool, landfill, PWS-vehicle, Animal Control and GC-contract.
