The South Plains College Board of Regents will be holding a regular meeting June 13 beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the Board of Regents Meeting Room.
Agenda items slated for the meeting are as follows: Prayer; Pledge Allegiance to United States Flag; Public comment; Approve the minutes of the prior meeting;
The vice president for academic affairs will provide an ALERRT Training Breaching Facility update and Ed2Go update’ The vice president for student affairs will provide an update for Summer I Enrollment; The vice president for business affairs will give a Tax Office Report, Financial Report, Quarterly Investment Report, Transfer to Debt Service Discussion and Resale of Property; The vice president for institutional advancement will give a Scholarship Scramble update; Consideration of president’s contract; The president’s report will include a storm recovery update, construction update, legislative update, initial budget review, college calendar change consideration and decision regarding the July 2024 meeting; and Adjourn
