Evelyn “Sally” Matthews, 95, was born in Odessa, Texas in 1928 to J.A. (Jim) and Ida Mae Preuit. She was living in a nursing home in Brownwood, Texas at the time of her death. Sally graduated from Levelland High School Class of 1946.
