Gwendolyn Cooper was born July 23, 1950 in Cameron Texas, to Ruby Lee Osban Lewis. She attended school in her younger years in Cameron.Her family moved to Levelland in 1953 when she was a child and lived there until 2012 when she moved to Lubbock.
