The Whitharral Panthers are UIL District I, Region 2, 6-man Division 2 High School Football Champions after a 46-32 win over the runner up Amherst Bulldogs in Whitharral last Friday. The Panthers will face Groom in Silverton on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
