LONE STAR SUPER TEAM

  • LONE STAR SUPER TEAM- The Levelland Loboettes had three athletes that were selected to the Lone Star Varsity Softball Super Team. Saydi Mendez was selected to the First Team. Mendez led the team in hits with 48, and stolen bases with 33. She earned District 5-4A Newcomer of the Year, after hitting .516, with 44 runs, 27 RBIs, 15 doubles and three home runs. Chloe Constantino led the team in batting average of .566, on base percentage of .649, home runs with 13, runs batted in with 44, slugging percentage with 1.447 and finally led the team with seven triples. Natalie Coronado led the team in ERA with 4.24, runs with 49, and doubles with 16. She hit for a .512 average with 44 hits, 44 RBIs, 12 home runs and five triples. On the other side of the ball, she had a .833 fielding percentage.
