The Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club will host its annual pancake breakfast that will begin the day’s activities for the third annual Cotton & Crude Festival Sept. 23 in downtown Levelland.
Tickets are now available for a breakfast of pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, tortillas, orange juice and coffee that will be served from 7:30 – 10 a.m. on the north corner of Ave. G and Houston on the Courthouse Square. Tickets are $5 per person in advance and also the day of the event. Children 5 years of age and younger eat free. Street side dining as well as carry out plates will be available.
“If you are planning to come to the Cotton and Crude Parade, join us for breakfast beforehand,” said Bob Murray, Breakfast Rotary Club president. “It’s a great way to begin a great day with family and friends for this annual event.”
Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting Murray at City Bank or Russell Riley at Prosperity Bank. Club members are also selling tickets in advance. The breakfast functions as a primary fund-raising project for the Breakfast Rotary Club’s scholarship program. This year three local students are receiving scholarships to attend SPC.
