Contractors must be registered with the City of Levelland in order to perform services for citizens. Citizens are encouraged to use caution when dealing with anyone they may not know personally, specifically if they are asking for payment in cash.
If a business wants to go door-to-door, they will need a Solicitor Permit. These steps can be taken at the Levelland City Hall. The process takes roughly 24 hours. Citizens are encouraged to ask to see the badge from any solicitor.
