Tuesday: Beef macaroni and tomato casserole, lima beans, fruit and oatmeal bar, wheat roll and milk or tea.
Wednesday: Herb roasted chicken thighs, potato wedges, peas and carrots, strawberries with whipped topping, wheat roll and milk.
Thursday: Swedish meatball with parsley noodles, mixed vegetables, angel food cake with strawberries and whipped topping and milk.
Friday: Beef and bean chile verde with white rice, tossed vegetable salad with French dressing, unsalted crackers, fresh cantaloupe and milk.
COCHRANMENU Monday: Chopped BBQ with sauce on wheat bun, pinto beans, Grandma’s potato salad and mandarin oranges.
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas with breast meat with fajita vegetables and flour tortilla, chuck wagon corn, Spanish rice and fruit coctail.
Wednesday: Chicken fried steak with country gravy, mashed potatoes, stewed okra and pumpkin square.
Thursday: Beef Salisbury steak and gravy, masked potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli, apricots and wheat roll.
Friday: Sweet and sour chicken breast with white rice and stir fried vegetables, sugar snap peas, lazy cake and wheat roll.
