Anton track excels during district

The Anton Boys’ and Girls’ Track Teams competed in the UIL 1A - District 5 Track Meet at Wellman-Union High School, April 2.Anton Boys’ VarsityAnton placed fourth overall with a total of 96 points.In the 100-meter prelim, Jose Avalos placed second with a time of 12.74.

DSHS launches interactive map pinpointing NARCAN locations

Governor Greg Abbott announced the launch of an online interactive map by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) that pinpoints where Texans can acquire for free or purchase life-saving Naloxone (NARCAN) as part of the statewide “One Pill Kills” campaign.

Plains Cotton Growers announces ECAP signups
