USDA releases conservation funding for farmers

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is releasing the first tranche of funding that was paused due to the review of funding in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).USDA will honor contracts that were already signed with farmers, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins said.

Texas Tuition Fund deadline Feb. 28

Texas families can lock in today’s cost of undergraduate resident tuition and schoolwide required fees at Texas public colleges and universities by enrolling their children in the taxadvantaged Texas Tuition Promise Fund before the close of the general enrollment period on Feb. 28.

The Bee started with 21 spellers and went for ten rounds before Kaelynn Cuevas won the Bee spelling, 'castle.' Aryanna Gutierrez was the runner-up in the Bee, and Ariana Solis came in as Alternate.
