Levelland August building permits issued

A total of 248 building permits have been issued by the City of Levelland totaling roughly $26 million while 18 permits were issued during August totaling $10 million.Four single-family permits have been issued this year for a total of $825,000.

Hancock distributes city, county sales tax revenue

Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock announced he will be sending cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts $1.2 billion in local sales tax allocations for September, 5.3 percent more than in September 2024.
