The Levelland City Council held a special meeting Monday that was focused toward ironing out the final details of the 20232024 Fiscal Budget before moving forward with a proposed budget and tax rate. A memo was issued regarding budget calculations that would cover a handful of items.

Hockley, Cochran school districts announce holiday

Headed into Labor Day weekend, area school districts have shared reminders to parents through social media and various methods schools will be closed Monday, September 4. Levelland ISD has announced that all classes have been canceled for Monday.
