Memorial Service for Martha Ann (Slape) McDaniel will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Park Drive Baptist Church in Levelland, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation through NETRF.org
