Funeral services for Linda Joyce Rickert, 77, of Smyer, formerly of Levelland, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 19, at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel, with Minister James Jones officiating.
Internment will be held at a later date, under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home of Levelland.
Visitation was held Saturday November 19, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
She passed away November 17, 2022, in Smyer.
Linda was born February 5, 1945, to Roscoe and Edna Elizabeth Rickert, in Elk City, Oklahoma.
She married Martin Mancias Jr. July 4, 1995, in Levelland.
They moved from Levelland to Smyer in 1995.
Linda cleaned homes and worked at the laundry mat for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her spouse of 27 years, Martin Mancias Jr. of Smyer; siblings: Evelyn Rickert and Ronald Rickert, both of Amarillo; and several nieces and nephews.
