DOROTIO SANCHEZ JR.
Funeral services for Dorotio Sanchez Jr., 70 of Levelland, will be Monday, May 8, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, with Deacon Frankie Ruiz officiating.. A viewing will be held on Sunday May 7, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Head Duarte Funeral Home in Levelland.
He was married to Estella Sanchez for 52 years, he was a farmer for many years and loved listening to Spanish music, drinking coffee in the morning and playing with his grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Dorotio Sr. and Guadalupe Rios Sanchez, his son Jacob Sanchez, and granddaughter Robin Hernandez, two sisters and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife Estella Sanchez, daughter Lupe Sanchez of Amarillo, Texas, son Julian Sanchez of Levelland, four brothers, five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Interment will follow at the City of Levelland Cemetery under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home.
