HOCKLEY MENU

Monday: Polish sausage, red cabbage/sweet & sour sauce, German potato salad, black forest parfait and whet roll.

Tuesday: King ranch casserole (Veg & corn tortilla in entr’ee) pinto beans, sugar cookie and pineapple ring.

Wednesday: Smothered steak, mashed potatoes & brown gravy, mixed greens, wheat roll and peach short cake.

Thursday: BBQ chicken breast, smothered potatoes, carrots & raisin salad, wheat roll and sliced apples.

Friday: Pollock wedge / lemon, lima beans, coleslaw w/ raisins, cornbread and lemon cookie.

COCHRAN MENU

Monday: Shepherd’s pie, stewed okra & tomatoes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread roll and butterscotch pudding.

Tuesday: Soft tacos, borracho beans, green peas, spinach salad/ low carl dressing and banana pudding.

Wednesday: Pork chops, black- eye peas, spinach, cornbread and backed apple slices.

Thursday: BBQ beef sandwich, tater tots, carrots & Zucchinni and ambrosia.

Friday: Cheese burger on a bun, potato wedges, tomato wedge salad and melon medley.
