Loboettes suffer road loss, fall 3-0

The Levelland Loboettes played their last non-district game this past Tuesday against one of the best teams in the area, Trinity Christain Lady Lions.

The Loboettes fell to Lady Lions, 3-0 as they came into the game with a lot of energy and momentum from their previous games.

The sets were 25-18, 25-18, and 25-17. The Loboettes tried their best to top one of the best teams in the area but came up short everytime. The Lady Lions were going into the game 19-6 coming off of a win from Trinity Christain Eagles in Willow Park.

The Loboettes had great momentum throughout the game as the stands were paced to support their Loboetttes and the team was feeding off of their energy as they never gave up throughout the game.

Lobettes Tanaesia Brackens and Taylyn Ladesma each had seven kills and two blocks. Addison Campbell had another six kills to add to that, while Trinity Wafer had another two kills and one block on the game. Alexis Gardea led the service column with eaight points and three aces while teammate Taylyn Ladesma had an additional six points on one ace.

The Levelland Lobettes will have started district play against the Sweetwater Lady Mustangs as the away team this past Saturday. The Lady Mustangs ended off their regular season on a 4-21 record for the year.
