The Levelland Lobos and Loboettes track team competed September 17th where the teams did well. The boys placed in 11th place while the girls did a little bit better in placing seventh.
The best runner for the boys was Ryan Jeannert as he placed 32nd place with a time of 18:44 to finish off the race. His teammates also did well as Ethan Lozano placed 64th, Zaden Carillo placed 66th, Gavin French placed 70th, Kaiden Medina placed 73rd and R.J. Lopez placed 78th. The guys did well out of all 18 teams that attended for the boys side of things. The boys finished behind Canyon, Dumas, Big Spring and other great teams around the area.
On the girls side of the runners their best runner was Ariani Lopez as she finished in 22nd place with a time of 13:33. Other Loboettes helped their team as Evelyn Mendias placed 29th, Ciarra Sanchez placed 43rd, Kaydence Escarcega placed 73rd, Emily Ramirez placed 75th, Tea Johnson placed 93rd and Alanis Valderas placed 99th. The girls team as a whole finished in seventh place out of the 20 teams that attended the meet from the area.
