Hockley County Soil and Water Conservation District is taking orders for windbreak, shade and fruit trees.
The order deadline is March 5, 2024. Residents are encouraged to order early as supplies are limited and will be filled on a first come serve basis.
There will be a one day pick up on Friday, March 22 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Ag Products located at 1001 1st Street in Levelland.
Drip irrigation supplies can be purchased the day trees are picked up. The small seedling will not have a good survival rate unless they receive adequate water and drip irrigation is a great way to make sure they are watered well.
