HOCKLEY MENU
Monday- Pork chops, spinach, black eye peas, backed apple slices and cornbread.
Tuesday- Beef and bean chile verde, white rice, tossed vegetable salad, lo cal french dressing, unsalted saltine crackers and frech cantaloupe.
Wednesday- Creamy mushroom steak, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, whole wheat roll/ margarine and emerald pears.
Thursday- BBQ chicken breast filet, backed potato w/sour cream, whole wheat roll/margarine, mixed vegetables and mandarine oranges w/whipped topping
Friday- Breaded fish on bun, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, low fat tarter sauce, potato wedges, coleslaw with dressing and peach chantilly.
All Meals are Served with Low Fat Milk, Tea, Coffee
COCHRAN MENU
Monday- Sloppy Joes on bun, country potato salad, carrots and zucchini and creamy fruit square.
Tuesday- Beef soft taco, Spanish rice, broccoli, seasoned corn and mandarin oranges w/ whipped topping
Wednesday- Roasted Beef w/ brown gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, waldorf salad, sliced whole wheat bread and banana pudding.
Thursday- Ham and beans, spinach, seasoned corn, orange pineapple cup, country apple crisp and cornbread margarine.
Friday- Backed fish, scandia w/lemon, red potatoes, (skin on) coleslaw, w/apple , peach short bread and cornbread.
