RETIRING- After 18 1/2 years, Bruce Heflin is retiring as Utilities Director for the City of Whiteface. Heflin and his wife Alicia are pictured at a retirement reception at the Whiteface Community Center on April 30. Whiteface Mayor James Soliz thanked Heflin for his years of service, saying, “We’re going to miss him.” Heflin isn’t leaving public service, though.
