The Anton Lady Bulldogs faced off against the Dawson Lady Dragons this past Tuesday where the team won 44-10 on the road.
The first quarter of the game it started off well for Anton as they were able to take a 16-2 lead early.
The second quarter was more of the same as they were able to put up another 11 while holding the Lady Dragons to five points.
Miliana Castillo and Alyssa Mancias both led the team in scoring at the half with eight points a piece.
Going into the third quarter of the game the Lady Bulldogs continued their run by outscoring Dawson 10-to-3 extending their lead by seven more.
The fourth quarter of the game was all Anton once more as they put the game away by shutting out Dawson and not letting them get any more points after the third. Anton was able to get seven more to go though in the fourth.
The leading scorer for the Lady Bulldogs were both Castillo and Mancias as they both had 12 a piece. Sarah Carlisle had eight, Aspyn Cooper had six, Liberty Peek had three, Mariah Miller had two and Alisian Alafa finished the game with one.
The girls won in dominant fashion as they get ready to face off against Christ the King Cathedral Golden Lady Lions next Thursday at home.
