The Whiteface Lady Lopes had little trouble with the Kress Lady Kangaroos November 28th in a 52-12 road win in UIL High School Girls’ Basketball action.
Whiteface was ahead 10-2 in the first quarter, then jumped out to a 33-7 lead at halftime. The score at the end of three periods was 40-11.
Jaedyn Rector led the Lady Lopes with 11 points. Lainey Sanders, Emma Ayers and Timmyah Olenga had nine points each.
Hannah Blankenship had six points. Emily Blankenship had four. Kylie Deavours and Morgan Waggoner had two each.
The Whiteface Lady Lopes will play against Newcastle at Spur this Friday with the time TBA.
