The Whitharral Lady Panthers took a big lead in the second quarter and cruised to a 57-40 win over the O’Donnell Lady Eagles November 28th, in UIL High School Girls’ Basketball action at Whitharral.
The Lady Panthers trailed 1210 in a tight first quarter, but lit O’Donnell up for a 31-19 lead at halftime. Whitharral led 46-30 at the end of the third quarter.
Paige Smith led the Lady Panthers with 16 points. Madi Chavez was right behind with 15. Avery McCain had 11. Trinity Coronado had eight. Rylee Kristinek had five. Tyler Parkinson had two.
The Whitharral Lady Panthers hosted a tournament this weekend.
