The Ropes Lady Eagles were on the road against the Seagraves Lady Eagles this past Tuesday where they won 49-15.
Going into the first quarter of the game, Ropes was on fire as they had an early lead outscoring Seagraves 14-to-2.
The second quarter Ropes was able to keep it going as they were able to put up another 18 points while holding seagraves to only four.
Going into the halftime break it would be Campbell Latta who led the team in scoring with 12 points, eight of them coming from the first quarter.
The second half of the game Ropes were just playing keep away as they outscored Seagraves 16-to-9 to take the teams first district game of the season.
The teams next game of the season is on the road against the Tahoka Lady Bulldogs on January second at 6:15 P.M.
