The Smyer Bobcats fell 61-43 to the visiting Southcrest Christian School in boys’ high school basketball action last Tuesday.
Southcrest led 11-5 at the end of the first quarter and 31-19 at halftime. The Bobcats trailed 46-30 at the end of three periods.
Rylan Smith had 22 points. Micah Zapata had nine. Ryan Guterriez had three. Brayden Wade had five. Austin Martinez and Mason Medart had two each.
The Bobcats will be in Loop at noon on Monday.
