Bobcats lose to Owls 73-26

The Smyer Bobcats took on the Hale Center Owls this past Tuesday at home in district play where the team lost 73-26. For the first quarter of the game Smyer was having a hard time getting shots to fall for them as they only had two points in the first from Brayden Wade.

Roughettes fall to New Home on the road

The Sundown Roughettes had their hands full last Friday night playing against the New Home Lady Leopards where they lost on the road 54-31. The first quarter of the game Sundown was only able to get four points to fall for them while they let up 11 points to the Lady Leopards long range game.

Lady Eagles fall to Lady Bulldogs

The Ropes Lady Eagles took on the Tahoka Lady Bulldogs this past Friday at home where they lost 46-29. The start of the game was a very defensive battle as neither team was able to reach double digits in the first and both teams kept it a close game with the lead going to the Lady Bulldogs 8-7.

Levelland beats Snyder in comeback win

The Levelland Lobos took on the Snyder Tigers this past Friday at home where they won in district play 53-47. For the first quarter of play Levelland found themselves trailing early on by nine points with the score sitting at 18-9 as the Lobos were struggling to get shots to fall for them early on.
