Space available for SPC quilting class Sept. 18

Space is still available for participants interested in the fall 2023 quilting class at South Plains College. An orientation class is set for 5:30 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 18) in Room 121 of the Technical Arts building. Vickey Vest will be the instructor. The fall class will feature three new quilts.

The Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club will host its annual pancake breakfast that will begin the day’s activities for the third annual Cotton & Crude Festival Sept. 23 in downtown Levelland.

MARKETING ENHANCEMENT GRANT - The Levelland Chamber of Commerce has been awarded the Texas Department of Agriculture Marketing Enhancement Grant for the 2023 Cotton & Crude Street Fair and Music Fest set for September 23, in Levelland.

Levellands’ Noon Lions Club hosts pancake supper

The Levelland Noon Lions Club will host its annual “Pancake Supper” Friday, August 25th, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Levelland Middle cafeteria. Tickets are $6 in advance or $7 at the door, kids five and under eat free.
