SPC faculty members set fundraiser Saturday

Two South Plains College faculty members will perform in Together, a fundraiser for Lubbock Live, at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27, in the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts, 511 Ave. K.

Chamber lists upcoming Sept. events

The Levelland Chamber of Commerce lists its meetings and events for the month of September. On September 9, The Chamber will host a ribbon cutting for the Wilburn & Helen Science Center at 10 a.m. at South Plains College. Cotton & Crude Festival will be held September 17, downtown on the square.

Rotary Club Breakfast tickets on sale

Tickets are now available for the Cotton & Crude Festival Pancake Breakfast scheduled for Saturday, September 17, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Levelland. The annual breakfast begins the day’s activities for the second annual Cotton & Crude Festival.
