Levelland Fire Report

The LFD received a report of a grass fire near FM 168 and FM 1585. The LFD requested water assistance and advised dispatch to contact Smyer VFD since the reported fire was in their district. Upon arrival and after investigation, the fire was out on arrival and the LFD extinguished the fire.

Court Report

State v. Qualin Miller, dismissed for the offense of possession of a controlled substance penalty group one, less than one gram because the defendant was convicted on two felony charges out of Ector County and was sentenced to TDCJID.State v.
