LHS Volleyball Coach Jai Madrid wrapped up the recent volleyball camp. Beginners had the opportunity to learn basic skills and techniques as well as get ramped up for the fall season.

The Ropes Eagles faced off against the Burton Panthers in the 2A Division 2 Baseball State Championship this past Thursday at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, resulting in the Eagles falling 6-1 across seven innings.

The Sundown Roughettes squared off against the Shiner Lady Comanches in a one-game winner takes it all 2A Division 2 Softball State Championship game this past Thursday at Red & Charline McCombs Field in Austin, resulting in the Roughettes losing 5-2 across seven innings.
