With the High School sports year and all-around school year coming to a close, youth summer sports camps are just around the corner, with many options across different schools and sports.Levelland High School is offering a softball clinic, volleyball camp and baseball camp.

Bobcats eliminated by Gruver in Area Round

The Smyer Bobcats squared off against the Gruver Greyhounds in the Area Round of the 2A Division 2 baseball playoffs this past Friday at Bushland ISD, resulting in the Bobcats being swept and eliminated from the playoffs.In game one, Gruver beat Smyer 14-0 across five in nings.

Roughettes sweep Haskell to win Regional Semifinals

The Sundown Roughettes squared off against the Haskell Maidens in the Re- gional Semifinal Round of the 2A Division 2 softball playoffs this past weekend in Ira, resulting in the Roughettes earning a hardfought sweep to secure the Regional Semifinal Championship.
